2024 October REN/IMESD Professional Development Summit

Before we can prepare our students for their futures, we have to be willing to put our health first.  I believe we are not able to give our best to our students when we neglect our bodies and put other things in front of our personal wellbeing. During this session we will discuss the importance of self-care as educators. We will practice meal preparation, discuss the importance of physical activity, define personal wellbeing as individuals, and allow for a round-table discussion to learn tips and tricks from other educators on how they promote a healthy lifestyle.
